This Cancellation Policy applies to consulting packages purchased on /consulting from Empathy Labs LLC.
Before kickoff
After you pay, we contact you within 1 business day to schedule kickoff. If you need to cancel before kickoff, email mat@empathylabs.ai or call +1 347 574 3963 with your receipt number. Cancelling before kickoff gets you a full refund.
After kickoff
At kickoff we confirm deliverables and timeline for your package. If your plans change after kickoff, contact us as soon as possible. Work already performed under the agreed scope may still be due.
No retainer
Packages are fixed-scope engagements, not ongoing retainers. Hosting, third-party services, and ongoing support are scoped separately when relevant.
Refund relationship
Cancellation may affect eligibility for a refund. See the Refund policy and Terms of Service.
