What happens after I pay?

You see a receipt number on screen right away, and PayPal also emails a receipt when you pay with a PayPal account. Within one business day I reach out to schedule the kickoff. If you did not leave an email, write to mat@empathylabs.ai with your receipt number.

Which pack should I choose?

One question: Pack 500. An audit and a written blueprint: Pack 1000. A working prototype of one core journey: Pack 2000. One agreed launch scope with implementation and handover: Pack 5000. Not sure? Write to mat@empathylabs.ai before you book.

What does a package include?

Each package has a specific starting scope: a focused session, a strategy blueprint, a prototype, or a launch project. We agree the deliverables at kickoff. Additional flows, integrations, and custom interactive work are scoped and quoted separately before they begin.

Who does the work?

I do: Mathieu Wauters, working with my own fleet of AI agents. You deal with one person from kickoff to delivery.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. Pay with a debit or credit card, with no PayPal account and no phone number needed, or use PayPal if you prefer.

Is the checkout secure?

Payments are processed by PayPal. Card details go straight to PayPal and never touch this site, and card payments ask for 3‑D Secure verification when required.

Are the timelines guaranteed?

Your delivery date is agreed in writing at kickoff, before any work starts, based on your scope and the studio calendar. If no date works for you, cancel before kickoff for a full refund.

How do I ask for a refund or raise a problem with a charge?

Email mat@empathylabs.ai or call +1 347 574 3963 with your receipt number. We answer within 1 business day. Cancelling before kickoff gets a full refund. Details: Refund policy and Cancellation policy.

What is the “Recently booked” list?

Real payments for these packs from the last 30 days, read from PayPal and reduced to the pack, a rough region and the time. No names or other details are shown, and the list only appears when there are bookings to show.
